PAGASA reports cloudy skies and rains across various regions of the Philippines due to the Shear Line, Northeast Monsoon, and Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). Flash floods and landslides are possible in affected areas.

The Shear Line will be affecting the Visayas region, the Northeast Monsoon will affect Luzon while parts of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone on Thursday, PAGASA reported.

Davao Region and the rest of Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but this will have no significant impact.
