The lowest recorded in Metro Manila for the same was 20.4 degrees Celsius at the Science Garden in Quezon City on Jan. 28, but which was slightly higher than the 19.9 degrees Celsius that was registered in January of 2024, the Pagasa chief said.In the same year, he said, the coldest temperature in the country was at 7.2 degrees Celsius in Benguet on March 8 caused by amihan.Servando said historically, the lowest temperature in the country was at 6.3 degrees Celsius on Jan, 18, 1961.
