Multiple weather systems are set to persist, bringing cloudy conditions across several regions of the country, as indicated by PAGASA 's daily weather forecast released Wednesday afternoon. The Visayas, Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte may experience cloudy skies accompanied by scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to a shear line .
The easterlies are expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Northern Mindanao, the Davao Region, and the remaining areas of Caraga. Additionally, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are anticipated over the rest of Mindanao.The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will generate cloudy skies with rainfall over Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are projected for the rest of Luzon. Due to these weather conditions, flash floods or landslides are possible.Strong to gale-force winds, coupled with rough to very rough seas, are anticipated in Northern Luzon and the eastern parts of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas. The eastern section of Mindanao and the remaining areas of Luzon may encounter moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters. The rest of the country can expect light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
