The convergence of hot and cold air or shear line has been affecting the Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas where scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms were likely, he said.The easterlies - winds coming from the east and passing through the Pacific Ocean that carry humid and warm weather - will be experienced over Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur, the state-run weather agency said in its 5 a.m. advisory.
