According to Martires, investigators of the Ombudsman have sent a letter to the FTI and the DA regarding the matter. “Ang sinulatan, kung naalala ko doon sa sulat nila, ang sinulatan ng mga imbestigador namin ay si Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban,” he said.
