But they're not always an easy thing to understand.
The one thing you won't find at any of those places are tables, chairs, public restrooms, a smiling staff ready to take your order or any of the other customer comforts a traditional restaurant provides.The primary reason comes down to money. The initial investment is far lower without the need to hire greeters, runners and waiters, or flesh out a dining room with pricey decor, furniture and tableware.
