According to Us Weekly, the words are an excerpt from a quote by Al-Shafi'i, whom the outlet identifies as an Arab Muslim writer, theologian and scholar. Fans and media quickly speculated that the new ink *may* be a reference to the model's recent scandal and falling out with Jenner. Woods has yet to comment, so for now it's just a very pretty, entirely uncontroversial tat.
