Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. said Thursday credit firm CRISP maintained its highest issue credit rating on the company on continued growth prospects.
VLL said in a statement CRISP reaffirmed its ‘AAA’ issuer rating with a stable outlook on the company as it remains a market leader in property development with a nationwide presence in 147 cities and municipalities in 49 of 82 provinces in the country. CRISP said the property firm has a landbank of over 3,000 hectares, allowing the company strategic flexibility in extending its reach throughout various segments of the property market nationwide.
Its recent strategy to shift its focus on vertical housing projects and estate development will enable VLL to maximizes synergy with all its commercial and retail affiliates, it said.“VLL’s EBITDA [earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization] margins showed a consistently strong trajectory, averaging 50.9 percent during the pandemic years 2020-2022,” CRISP said.
