Video shows trucker smuggling 12 illegal immigrants lead cops on wild pursuit
A Florida trucker has been busted after leading Texas law enforcement on a chaotic pursuit which saw him plow down the wrong side of a highway for miles with a dozenDramatic dashcam footage captured the driver, Eduardo Aradas, during the high-speed pursuit along the I-35 in La Salle County last week after refusing to stop for a traffic violation, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.
Aradas, who allegedly reached speeds of up to 85 miles per hour, could be seen barreling towards incoming traffic for several miles during the June 27 saga. The Texas DPS later said he was on the wrong side of the road for 35 miles. After eventually veering back onto the correct side of the road, the driver abruptly turned off down a dirt road before clambering out of the truck and trying to flee on foot.
