The feud between Trump and his ex-White House communications director is now in full swing

Scaramucci’s about-face is ultimately pretty meaningless, considering he holds virtually no sway over Trump-loyal Republicans. Still, it may be something of a bellwether of Trump’s support in the party. Scaramuccion CNN Monday that he’s no longer backing Trump because his presidency has gotten “worse and worse and worse” in recent weeks, but of course nothing Trump has done lately—abhorrent and unpresidential as it all has been—is at all new.
