“As uniformed officers attempted to speak with the juvenile, he became uncooperative and attempted to run on foot,” Lechman said in a statement. “Officers were able to safely secure the juvenile before he could run. During this time, officers discovered a loaded handgun concealed in the juvenile’s waistband.”
