Harrisburg police investigate a shooting at the Hall Manor housing development on Sept. 24, 2023.One person was shot in the chest on Hanover Road in Harrisburg’s Hall Manor housing development on Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The initial call for the incident came in around 12:20 p.m. Police on scene confirmed that a person was shot in the chest and taken to the hospital. Investigating officers have blocked off Hanover Road and adjacent parking spaces between apartment blocks 34 and 53 of Hall Manor.
