The shear line and northeast monsoon may continue to bring cloudy and rainy weather in several parts of Luzon, while isolated rains may prevail elsewhere, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Friday, Dec. 30.
Cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan” may also prevail over Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, Quirino, Batanes, and Nueva Vizcaya. Meanwhile, Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light amihan rains.
