The consortium, consisting of San Miguel Holdings Corp., RLW Aviation Development Inc., RMM Asian Logistics Inc., and Incheon International Airport Corp.
, will be responsible for rehabilitating passenger terminals, airside facilities, developing commercial assets and utility systems, and providing surface access facilities for intermodal transfer and inter-terminal passenger transfer facilities
