Nagja-jogging umano si Molina sa 54th Street nitong weekend nang makita niya ang suspek na nasa wheelchair. Nang malapit na siya sa suspek, napansin niya na may patalim ito at nahagip siya sa braso na kailangang tahiin. Sa 12 taong paninirahan niya sa US, sinabi ni Molina na ngayon lang nangyari sa kaniya ang insidente.Kabilang dito ang isang 69-anyos na babae na nasugatan sa mukha at katawan, at isang lalaking 57-anyos na sinaksak niya sa likod.Nahaharap siya sa mga kasong two counts of attempted murder, four counts of assault, at criminal possession of a weapon.
