The Army Artillery Regiment of the Philippine Army officially welcomed Col. Jf Sperri Gotico as the new Commandant of the Artillery Training School .
Meanwhile, in his inaugural address, Col. Gotico thanked his mentors, distinguished guests, and the AAR leadership. Col. Gotico also committed to aligning ATS’ training programs with the Army’s strategic vision, “Army 2040,” which aims to transform the Philippine Army into a world-class, multi-mission-ready, and cross-domain capable force.
