Pasig River Ferry Service suspends operations for Holy Week

In an advisory, the MMDA announced the ferry service will halt operations from Wednesday, April 5 to Monday, April 11.

Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, April 12.

The management of the Light Rail Transit and Manila Metro Rail Transit previously said they will temporarily close for the Holy Week. Earlier, the government announced that April 6 and April 7 are regular holidays, while April 8 is a special non-working day. Meanwhile, Monday, April 10, has been declared a non-working day in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan, which falls on April 9 .
