Attesting to the city’s firm commitment to improving its health services, the Pasig local government held its inaugural health summit on Thursday, March 23. ManilaBulletin
The program was led by the City Health Department , in partnership with the Department of Interior and Local Government - Pasig City Field Office.
The summit, titled “Kalusugan: PASIGlahin,” brought together all city and barangay-level leaders and stakeholders to discuss policies and programs to prepare the city’s implementation of universal healthcare. Lectures explaining the components of universal healthcare were conducted by Assistant City Health Officer Dra. Emma Ruth Cuevas and Health Education & Promotion Manager. Dra. Mariane Bringuelo.
