Thirty million Filipinos are expected to have a roof over their heads by 2028 through the housing program of the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the Office of the Press Secretary said. | BPinlacINQ

Marcos, according to the OPS, is also expected to issue an executive order on the implementation of a law that mandates government agencies to “jointly identify idle state lands suitable for housing and rural development.”

“Beyond the provision of shelter, especially to the underprivileged and calamity-affected families, the government is working towards building inclusive and sustainable settlements and well-planned communities,” the OPS said, quoting the year-end report of the Marcos administration.every year until the end of his term is an ambitious target.
