State weather bureau PAGASA said Thursday that two tropical cyclones could enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the coming days.
At a Laging Handa public briefing, PAGASA Administrator Undersecretary Vicente Malano said in the next three days, no tropical cyclone was forecast to enter PAR."Ayon po sa ating mga datos na nakikita sa ngayon, wala po tayong nakikitang mga sama ng panahon o bagyo sa susunod na tatlong araw. Mayroon tayong inaasahan, after three days... may mangyayari na inaasahan po natin na may bagyo, tropical cyclone na papasok sa ating Philippine Area of Responsibility," Malano said.
"Ang characteristics po nitong dalawang bagyo na nakikita po natin ay kamukha po ng nakaraang dalawang bagyo na pumasok dito sa Philippine Area of Responsibility itong si Caloy at Domeng na si Domeng papuntang Norte at 'yung isa namin nanggaling sa West Philippine Sea at pumunta po siya ng China area," he added.
