State police have charged a Pa. man for taking a video of a topless teen girl during an online chat and sharing it via Facebook.
A western Pennsylvania man has been charged after state police said he recorded a topless teen girl during a video chat then distributed the offending video via Facebook., Jonathan Dulaney, 28, of Connellsville, Fayette County, is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, child pornography, corruption of minors and other offenses.
State police said that the girl was talking with Dulaney via video while she was at her Westmoreland County home in February when he compelled her to take off her clothes and he recorded video of it on his cell phone. The Trib reported that the girl told state police that she did not give Dulaney permission to record her. The paper did not provide the girl’s age.
Dulaney was freed on his own recognizance and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 19, the Trib reported.
