Around P680,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized from two individuals in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Nicolas, Pasig City on Wednesday evening, April 5. | ManilaBulletin
The buy-bust operation was led by the National Capital Region Police Office , in cooperation with the Drug Enforcement Units of the Pasig City police station and Eastern Police District .
The operatives of the NCRPO, Pasig CPS, and EPD conducted the buy-bust operation and arrested the suspects at 8:30 p.m. at the second floor of the Pasig Mega Parking in Caruncho Avenue, Barangay San Nicolas. The women, identified as Elvie Cariño, 51, and Jocelyn Cariño, 26, were also arrested while the police were conducting an inventory of the seized evidence.The suspects were placed in the custody of the Pasig CPS. Appropriate charges will be filed against them at the Pasig Prosecutor’s Office.
