In its 4 p.m. forecast, the state weather bureau said Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains caused by the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact expected.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeast direction with moderate to rough coastal waters .
While the rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters .
