Deputy Executive Director Alvin Alcid will present the marker while Manaoag Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario will deliver his acceptance message. Deputy Executive Director Alcid will present the marker to Bayambang Mayor Mary Clare Judith Phyllis Jose-Quiambao, who in turn, will give her acceptance message.
