President Marcos Jr. hopes to act on the measure before the year ends," Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cesar Chavez said.
Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin and Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan were also present during the meeting at the Palace. The PCO chief also said that despite the issues surrounding the proposed 2025 national budget, Marcos has not discussed the possibility of reenacting this year's budget.
