In a short program, Emily V. Paulino, Development Management Officer V of the DOH in Bulacan, said there is nothing impossible if everyone is united for a good cause. “Ngayong mayroon na kayong sariling hospital at nasa highway sa loob ng Malolos City government, siguraduhin lang po ninyo na lahat ng pasyenteng pupunta dito ay tatanggapin kahit na taga ibang LGU ,” Paulino said.
