A low pressure area (LPA) and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) are expected to bring rains across the country, according to state weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday.
The LPA was located 465 kilometers east of Surigao City at 3 p.m., based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast.
Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA.
