I realized exactly what intuitive eating was, what it wasn’t, and whyStill, whenever I take on a new client, I do a consultation call with them to make sure that my weight-inclusive approach is a good fit for what they need and want.
Here’s the thing: One of the core principles of intuitive eating is to respect your body, or at the very least, learn to be more neutral about it.
