Apple has confirmed that there is an issue with some of its Smart Battery Cases that will require owners to exchange the Battery Case to regain full functionality
SHANGHAI, CHINA - 2019/09/07: I Phone XS and iPhone XS Max displayed in an Apple store in Shanghai.While stressing it is not a safety issue, the faulty cases are struggling to be charged and are struggling to charge the associated iPhone ."Affected units were manufactured between January 2019 and October 2019.
