LAGUNA – Authorities arrested an Indian and a Filipino in a buy-bust operation in San Pablo City on Thursday, April 20.
San Pablo City Police Station’s Drug Enforcement Unit collared the two after being caught in the act of selling illegal drugs to a police poseur-buyer.
