In 2019, Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s 1990 novel Good Omens was brought to life as a miniseries for Amazon Prime. Starring Michael Sheen as angel Aziraphale and David Tennant as demon Crowley, Good Omens was so well-received that it was renewed for a second season.
Good Omens was renewed for a third and final season in December 2023, but no updates were given after that. Now, speaking to Deadline, Gaiman offered an update on the development of Good Omens season 3, and unfortunately, it’s following the pattern of the previous seasons. Gaiman revealed he’s currently writing the third season and that it will start shooting in January.
