said late Thursday it has appointed Stewart Glendinning as its chief executive and board member, effective Sept. 15. Glendinning succeeds Tim Baxter, who has resigned but “will be available as needed to support a smooth transition,” the company said. The new CEO most recently served as president of Tyson Foods Inc.’s TSN, -0.37% prepared foods division.
