IT'S all systems go for the Commission on Elections on Election Day.'All the ballots have been delivered, our electoral boards are in place they already have the ballots, it's all systems go,' Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco said in a press briefing held at the Philippine International Convention Center a few hours before the opening of all polling precincts throughout the country.
Laudiangco said all vote-counting machines have undergone final testing and sealing save for a few. One is in Socorro, Oriental Mindoro and the other is in Silvino Lobos in Northern Samar.'Unfortunately, both do not have their test ballots,' said Laudiangco.But in all situations, Laudiangco said the Comelec has contingency measures which includes the use of three test ballots instead of the usual 10.
