We build premier Class A life science projects in the core clusters across the nation — San Francisco, San Diego and Boston.Working with an incredible team, was able to successfully lease 98% of the first high-rise laboratory in the Bay Area and on the west coast. This project was reinstituted when we repositioned from office use to life science use, offering a premier campus for young, innovative life science companies.
