NEARLY 2,000 persons, or 551 families were affected by the prevailing Super Typhoon Goring , the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Sunday, August 27, 2023.
“We are still yet to receive the official reports from our regions on the details of the effects, but as of now, no casualties are reported as of reporting time,” Office of Civil Defense Joint Information Center head Diego Agustin Mariano told reporters in a Viber message.
