IMReady: dost_pagasa on Tuesday night lifted storm signals in parts of the Visayas and Mindanao after tropical cyclone Agaton weakened from a tropical depression into a low pressure area.

In its 11 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA lifted Signal No. 1 over eight areas but said the threat of heavy rainfall continued.

Light to moderate with at times heavy rains over MIMAROPA, Dinagat Islands, Zamboanga del Norte, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region and Visayas. In the next 24 hours, rough seas will prevail over the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon and the eastern seaboards of Visayas and Mindanao.
