Chris Kinjo, MF’s chef and sushi master, will partner in two new restaurants:, a French-Vietnamese restaurant and wine bar. Kinjo’s work at MF Sushi on Binz earned him the No. 7 spot in theMF Lobster & Ceviche will be a collaboration between Kinjo and his longtime chef partner Miguel Alvarez. The 2,200-square-foot restaurant will be situated in a round pod structure on the green park space at Autry Park.
For Annam, Kinjo will collaborate with Dung “Lang” Nguyen, his managing partner of 10 years. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant designed with modern French-Vietnamese interiors, will serve Vietnamese-inspired tapas with a French twist such as banana leaf-steamed sea bass with vermicelli. The restaurant/wine bar will be located on the ground level of Hanover Autry Park.
Houston-based MC2, the firm behind the interiors at MF Sushi, will be the lead on design interiors for both projects. The Dallas-based Reebes real estate company has been working to curate retail and restaurants for Hanover’s luxury mixed-use project. Several restaurant concepts, including
