ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court dismissed the plea seeking Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf founder Imran Khan’s disqualification in the Tyrian White case.
Naeem Panjutha said that this matter has already been decided and the judgment has also been uploaded on the website, after the decision was removed from the website, the bench was reconstituted through a press release. The court said that two judges Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir gave an opinion. On this, Hamid Ali Shah said that it was the opinion of two judges, the decision of the Chief Justice was not signed.Justice Tariq Jahangiri said that two members of the bench said that the petition should not be heard and it should be dismissed. Chief Justice Aamer Farooq had recused himself from the bench.
