MANILA, Philippines — Four Philippine Coast Guard rescuers who were helping victims of typhoon Egay went missing after their aluminum boat capsized in Cagayan. In a statement, PCG on Thursday said it has since launched a search and rescue operation to find their personnel whose boat capsized in the waters of Abulug, Cagayan at 4:00 pm on Wednesday.PCG said it will deploy its helicopter from the Coast Guard Aviation Force to assist in the search.
