CABANATUAN CITY — Just hours before the New Year’s eve celebration, three people — two elderlies and a toddler — were wounded when a former soldier fired a 12-gauge shotgun in this city afternoon of Saturday .
In a report, city police chief Lieutenant Colonel Edilmar Alviar said suspect Ronillo Sanchez, 58, described as a former member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines who went AWOL , was arrested after he fired the shotgun in Zone 2, Barangay Camp Tinio at about 4:30 p.m.
