A 42-year-old electrician will spend his New Year in jail after he was arrested during an anti-illegal drug operation in Zone 1, Brgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City, report said Thursday, Dec. 29.
CAMP FRANCISCO S. MACABULOS, Tarlac City –
Based on the report from the office of Police Lieutenant Colonel Jim Helario, Chief of Police of Tarlac City PNP, the arrested was Ryan Garcia, a resident of Brgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City. The suspect was apprehended after selling one small plastic sachet containing shabu worth P1000 to an undercover buyer.
Also found in the suspect’s possession were another 20 plastic sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P21,000, black pouch and cellphone.
