– Several towns and cities in Batangas, Cavite, Laguna have experienced zero visibility due to volcanic smog from Taal Volcano, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said on Friday.
"Batay po sa monitoring ng OCD Calabarzon, mayroon na po silang ni-report na several municipalities and cities sa may Batangas at Cavite at Laguna," Phivolcs Volcano Monitoring and Eruption Prediction Division chief Ma. Antonia Bornas said in her interview on CNN Philippines' Newsroom Ngayon. [Translation: Based on the OCD Calabarzon monitoring, there are reported [zero visibility in] several municipalities and cities in Batangas, Cavite, and Laguna.]
