THE Department of Trade and Industry is hoping the Tariff Commission will decide to impose zero tariffs on imported e-motorcycles on February 2024, a year after the implementation of Executive Order 12.

“It is there in the EO; [our] decision to apply it to 4-wheeled vehicles, both cars and transport vehicles. It is good for five years,” Pascual said.
