A team from the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City arrived here to assess the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) which is vying to become the Best City Police Office for the second time since 2019.
POLICE Brig. Gen. Constancio T. Chinayog Jr. is accorded foyer honors by Zamboanga City police acting director Police Col. Alexander Lorenzo and the Zamboanga City police in line with validation activities for the country’s Best Police Office.
The Zamboanga City police was able to showcase their skills, equipment, and facilities before the group from Camp Crame headed by Police Brig. Gen. Constancio T. Chinayog Jr., deputy director, Directorate for Personnel and Records Management, and team leader for the 121st PSAC Field Evaluation and Validation during their three-day visit which started Tuesday, July 19.
The validation group was also able to witness a simulation exercise which showcased the skills and training of the local police in responding to security-related emergencies. Lorenzo cited the Command Center as an advantage of the ZCPO against other contenders. The Command Center is a facility which allowed the validating team to view and observe the simulation exercises simultaneously conducted in various locations.
