ZAMBOANGA CITY –
MAYOR John Dalipe leads the distribution of relief packs to flood victims in a Zamboanga City evacuation center on Thursday, Jan. 12. Mayor John Dalipe signed Executive Order 2023-008 extending the suspension of classes and work at the city government on Thursday.Dalipe’s decision was based on a Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis and a recommendation by the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office .
Flood inundated several barangays and more than 2,000 individuals fled to evacuation centers on Wednesday, Jan. 11.
