WOODSTOCK, Ill. -- Woodstock Willie will make his Groundhog Day prognostication Wednesday morning.
He will be joined by the Groundhog Polka Band and hundreds of spectators at the northwest suburb's historic town square. If Willie sees his shadow, it means there will be six more weeks of winter.
