A Pennsylvania woman was arrested and charged with attempted murder this week after she allegedly tried to hire an undercover cop in Trenton to kill her ex-husband’s wife, authorities said Friday. Marilyn Zhou, 55, of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder and one count of third-degree money laundering, police said.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Special Investigations Unit received information earlier this month that Zhou was allegedly looking for assistance with a murder for hire, prosectors said.
