A woman was shot dead by an unidentified man in Tondo, Manila, Saturday morning, April 22. | ManilaBulletin
The Manila Police District identified the victim as Florence Serrano Anglo, 33, a resident of Barangay 104, Tondo, Manila.
According to the police report, the shooting incident transpired at the corner of Osorio and Velasquez Streets in Barangay 97, Tondo at about 6:40 a.m. Citing the claim of witnesses, police investigators said the victim and the suspect were talking to each other when the latter suddenly drew his gun and shot the woman in the face.Police said the suspect was wearing a green long sleeves shirt, gray jogging pants, and black slippers.
Operatives of MPD Smokey Mountain Police Community Precinct led by Cpt. Renz Figueroa conducted a follow-up operation to identify and arrest the suspect.
