Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene on SH 99 and found the 26-year-old woman on the ground. Medics performed CPR on her but were unsuccessful.
A woman has died after she fell from a pickup truck while driving with an acquaintance early Saturday morning, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said.
Upon arrival, units found a Ford pickup truck parked in the U-turn lane and the victim on the ground. Deputies said that medical personnel performed CPR on the 26-year-old woman but could not revive her and pronounced her dead.
