San Antonio police are investigating after a woman was stabbed on the city’s West Side early Friday morning.
Officers were called just before 2 a.m. to the 5500 block of West Commerce Street, not far from Southwest 36th Street and old Highway 90 after receiving word of a person wounded.
According to police, a woman in her 20s was taken to the hospita after being stabbed by her boyfriend in the kidneys. Police said they do not know exactly what led up to the stabbing, but the victim told officers he stabbed her inside the apartment and then fled scene. He has not been found.The San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department and EMS all responded to the call.About the Author:
